Tools & Products I Actually Use

A short, honest list. Nothing appears here unless it has earned a place in my own routine.

Biome Protect by Adapt Naturals supplement pouch

Gut Health

Products I use to support digestion, regularity, microbiome balance, and overall hormone health from the inside out.

My gut game-changer

After nearly three years of battling persistent bloating from hormone fluctuations, this supplement has truly worked wonders for me. I noticed a difference within the first week, and by the second month, I was no longer relying on digestive enzymes or feeling self-conscious about bloating.

This is one of the few products I can genuinely say made a noticeable difference in my everyday life. If bloating and digestion have been a struggle for you too, I think it’s absolutely worth a try. It also comes with a money-back guarantee.

Biome Protect by Adapt Naturals

A 4-in-1 blend of prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics, and polyphenols that I use to support digestive and microbiome health.

Qualia Senolytic supplement box held in hand

Cellular Health & Longevity

Targeted support for healthy aging, resilience, energy, and reducing wear and tear at the cellular level.

A noticeable difference in just days

Qualia Senolytic really moved the needle for me. I had been experiencing joint discomfort, and within just a few days of taking it, the discomfort seemed to completely disappear. I was genuinely impressed by how noticeable the difference was.

Senolytics are designed to help the body clear senescent cells — often called “zombie cells” — that are no longer functioning normally but can remain in the body and contribute to inflammatory signals. Supporting the body’s natural process of clearing these cells may help promote healthier cellular function throughout the body, not just in the joints.

For me, that whole-body approach is especially interesting during midlife, when hormone fluctuations can affect inflammation, recovery, energy, joints, and overall resilience. This has become one of the longevity products I feel made a real, tangible difference for me.

Beauty & Skin

Non-toxic beauty and skin-supportive products I reach for, with an emphasis on ingredient awareness, sun protection, and skin health.

Six minutes I actually stick to

I’ve had my Qure Red Light Mask for over a year and a half, and it has become part of my daily morning routine. I use it for three minutes on the orange setting and three minutes on red — usually while I’m doing my morning breathwork — so in just six minutes I feel like I’ve already done something meaningful for my skin.

What I love most is how simple, sturdy, and comfortable it is. The fit is excellent, it stays in place, and I don’t have to stop what I’m doing to use it. With consistent use, my skin feels plumper and looks more even and toned.

I’ve tried a lot of skincare tools, and this is one I genuinely continue to use. For me, the combination of comfort, convenience, and consistency makes it one of the best red light masks I’ve used.

Workout Tools for Toning & Lymphatic Health

Simple tools I use to support circulation, lymphatic flow, gentle toning, and everyday movement.

My favorite way to move every day

My rebounder is one of the easiest routines for me to stay consistent with. I usually use it for about 20–25 minutes a day, put on a great playlist, and just move. Sometimes I add five-pound weights for a little extra arm work, while the bouncing itself gets my legs, core, and back involved.

I especially love that it feels gentle on my joints while still giving me a full-body workout. It’s fun, low-impact, and doesn’t feel like something I have to force myself to do.

Another reason I prioritize rebounding is circulation and lymphatic movement. The lymphatic system helps move fluid, immune cells, and cellular waste throughout the body, and unlike the cardiovascular system, it relies heavily on movement and muscle contractions to keep that fluid moving. Rebounding is a simple way I like to encourage that movement while also supporting circulation in my legs.

For me, it’s one of those rare habits that feels good while I’m doing it and supports several things at once — movement, toning, circulation, and lymphatic flow.

Mini Rebounder

A low-impact movement tool I love for supporting lymphatic health, circulation, energy, and gentle daily toning. Rebounding is one of my favorite ways to move the body without overdoing it.
