Retreats for the next chapter

“Some things are easier to understand when you step out of everyday life long enough to listen.”

Prime Collective

Three women, one shared intention.

I co-founded Prime Collective with Catherine “Cat” Turpin and Maggie Troope Biscarr to create thoughtful, in-person experiences for women navigating midlife — spaces where trusted health education, restorative practices, meaningful conversation, and genuine community can exist together.

Our retreats are designed to give women room to learn, ask better questions, reconnect with themselves, and approach this chapter of life with greater clarity and confidence.

The inaugural retreat

The Power of Midlife

October 2–4, 2026

Buckhorn Hollow Farms · McEwen, Tennessee

Our inaugural Prime Collective retreat brings together expert guidance, nourishing food, movement, rest, and meaningful connection in a peaceful setting outside Nashville.

Over the course of the weekend, we’ll explore hormonal health, food as medicine, strength and movement, nervous-system restoration, community, and the question many women begin asking in midlife: What do I want this next chapter to look like?

These conversations are led by top-tier women’s health professionals — including physicians, PhDs, clinic founders, and practitioners with deep expertise in hormone health, integrative medicine, longevity, and whole-person care. The intention is to give women access to credible, thoughtful guidance in a setting that also leaves room for rest, connection, and real conversation.

The experience is intentionally designed to feel educational without being clinical, restorative without being rigid, and spacious enough to actually enjoy being there.

Why retreats

Distance makes things clearer.

There is something powerful about stepping away from routine, being surrounded by thoughtful guidance, and having enough space to actually absorb what you are learning. Retreats create room for education, restoration, connection, and the kind of conversations that are often difficult to have in everyday life.

Partnership

Created through Prime Collective

Prime Collective was founded by three women bringing together lived experience, professional insight, and a shared belief that women deserve better information, stronger community, and more support as they move through midlife.

Haus of V is one part of that larger mission. Through Prime Collective, that work expands into immersive experiences where women can learn from trusted experts, connect with one another, and leave with practical tools they can use long after the weekend ends.
