About
A practice shaped by lived experience.
Haus of V grew from years of learning what helped me feel stronger, clearer, and more connected to my own body — and wanting to put that knowledge in one place so other women could benefit from it too.

The story
My relationship with health started long before midlife.
I grew up with Greek roots, where food was never just fuel. It was celebration, connection, nourishment, and, in many ways, medicine. That foundation stayed with me.
In 2007, I began making changes to support my liver and lymphatic health. What started as curiosity and an experiment became a lifestyle shift — and one of the first times I truly understood my own agency in how I felt. My energy changed. I felt mentally sharper. I had less fluid retention and felt better in my body than I had in years. It was the beginning of a much deeper curiosity about how nutrition, daily habits, and physiology work together.
By 2020, those practices had become part of how I stayed mentally, physically, and emotionally well. I leaned more deeply into meditation and stillness, learned to turn down the noise, and found real refuge in nature. Alongside nutrition and movement, those practices became part of how I stayed grounded and connected to myself. I kept learning, experimenting, and refining what worked for me. At some point, I realized that if I brought all of that knowledge into one place, I could help other people navigate their own health with more clarity and confidence.
Then, around 44, my body shifted again. Even though I was already immersed in health and wellness, I was surprised by how unprepared I felt for the changes in my hormonal health. I leaned on the practices that had supported me for years, but I also went deeper — studying hormone health, attending events, listening to experts, reading the research, and learning everything I could.
Along the way, I also received advice from well-intentioned people that did not feel right for my body. For a period of time, things got worse. What ultimately helped me move forward was trusting what I was feeling, staying curious, and continuing to look for better answers.
That experience changed the way I think about women’s health. I know what it feels like to be doing so much “right” and still feel like something is off. I know what it feels like to search for answers and not know whose advice to trust.
Haus of V is the kind of practice I wish I had when I entered that chapter — science-informed, deeply personal, and built to help women understand what is happening in their bodies so they can make decisions from a place of knowledge rather than confusion.
Background & credentials
Trained, certified, and still studying.
My background combines certified health coaching, life coaching, nearly two decades of personal study and lived experience in holistic health, and an ongoing commitment to learning more about women’s midlife physiology. I am a coach, not a physician — I do not diagnose or treat. What I do is help you better understand your body, build supportive foundations, and walk into medical appointments with clearer, more informed questions.

Philosophy
Five principles that shape every conversation.
Physiology before protocol
Understand what is actually happening in your body first. The plan follows from that, not the other way around.
Foundations are unglamorous and non-negotiable
Protein, strength, sleep, daylight, and connection. Everything else is optimization on top of these.
Food is pleasure and medicine at once
Any approach to eating that removes joy will not survive a real life — and does not deserve to.
The nervous system sets the ceiling
You cannot out-supplement chronic dysregulation. Rest is an input, not a reward.
Informed women make better decisions
My job is to make you less dependent on me over time, not more.
“A woman who understands her own physiology makes better decisions than any protocol handed to her.”
Why Haus of V
A haus, not a clinic.
A haus is somewhere you feel at home — a place of comfort, self-acceptance, honest conversation, and no rushing. The eye in the mark represents your higher self: your intuition, your gut feeling, the inner knowing that often gets drowned out by outside noise. It is a reminder that the wisdom is already within you. Haus of V is designed to help you reconnect with that internal wisdom and elevate how you live — in mind, body, and spirit.
